  2. 1/4 cup Japanese mayonnaise
  3. 2 cloves of garlic, minced and crushed to form a paste-like consistency
  4. 3 tbsps Sriracha hot sauce – or whatever hot sauce you have on hand
  5. 1 1/2 juicy limes, juiced
  6. Salt, to taste
  7. Ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Combine all seven ingredients in a container, and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Place the container in the fridge for at least an hour before using.

  1. 1 kilo ground beef – 80% lean, 20% fat
  2. 2 tsps garlic powder
  3. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  4. Salt, to taste
  5. Ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Put first three ingredients in a bowl and mix until well-combined
  2. Form each portion into a patty that is fit for your buns and make a depression in the center with your thumb
  3. Refrigerate for an hour
  4. Take patties out of the fridge five minutes before pan-frying. Prior to frying, season both sides with salt and pepper
  5. Heat the oil in pan or griddle over high heat until the oil begins to shimmer. Cook the patties until slightly charred on the first side, about 2 minutes. Flip over patties and cook for 2 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved
  6. Set aside until needed
